1. Our Refund Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with Twitch YouTube Kick Chat Merger. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription for any reason, we'll give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. No hoops to jump through. No lengthy explanations required.

2. Eligibility

• Pro Monthly: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
• Pro Annual: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
• Pro Lifetime: Full refund within 30 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to Artem.S.Beer@gmail.com with:

• Subject line: "Refund Request"
• The email address used for your purchase
• Your approximate purchase date
• Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 2: We Process Your Request

We'll verify your purchase and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Email us at Artem.S.Beer@gmail.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"
2. Or use the cancellation link in your Paddle subscription receipt

4.2 What Happens After Cancellation

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• After the paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
• Your data and settings are preserved (you just lose Pro features)

4.3 Re-subscribing

You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time. Simply use the "Upgrade to Pro" button in the extension popup.

5. Exceptions

While we strive to honor all refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Abuse: Multiple refund requests from the same user
• Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us
• Terms Violation: If your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Fraud: If we detect fraudulent purchase activity

6. Free Trial Alternative

7. Regional Considerations

7.1 EU Customers

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days. Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.

7.2 Currency

All prices are in USD. Refunds are processed in the original currency of your purchase. Exchange rate differences are handled by your bank.
